Yes! All the programs are bilingual. You simple download the version that you want.

How can I make an account?

You can create an account only when you purchase an item / service.

How can I log in into my acount?

If you have already an account, you can simply go in the “Login” tab on the website’s menu.

Where can I see and manage my plan(s)?

Once you’re logged in, you have access to more pages. Simply hover on the “Login” page and you will fin the “Profile” page.

Where can I see the explanatory exercises video?

Once you’re logged in, you have access to more pages. You will find the “Exercises” page on the main menu.

Where can I edit my profile?

Once you’re logged in, you have access to more pages. Simply hover on the “Login” page and you will fin the “Profile” page. There you can edit your profile.

I can’t log into my account, what do I do?

If it’s a password issue, try the forget password link. If not, contact me so I can assist you further.

Every DACoach’s package related questions

How can I book an appointment with DACoach?

Once you’re logged in, hover on the “Login” page then select the “Book and appointment” page. Note that you will need an active gmail account to book your session. This option is only available to those with the “DACoach’s Package”. It is also possible to book the appointments via texts once we’ve exchanged numbers.

What do I need for my online session with DACoach?

You will need a device with a camera and an app that allows a video call such as messenger, google duo, etc. Also, make sure to have enough space around you to do some functional motions (if needed).

Can I get a refund for the DACoach’s package?

It depends on the situation with your usage of the package. Please contact me so we can discuss the situation. Note that you can end your membership whenever you’d like, although the last month paid for will still be active until the end date.

Every prebuilt programs subscription related questions

Where can I fin my prebuilt programs?

Once you’re logged in, hover on the “Login” page then select the “Programs” page. There you will find all the programs related to your subscription. This option is only available to those with a prebuilt program subscription.

Can I switch from one subscription program to another one?

Yes, although you will need to cancel your current subscription under the “Profile” page and then subscribe to the new package that you are interested in.

Can I get a refund for the programs subscription?

No. Since you directly have access to the program once subscribed, there will be ZERO refunds. Note that you can end your membership whenever you want.
